Martin Pohl, artist from South Tyrol, born in 1961 in Tarres / South Tyrol.
Since 2015 our rooms are equipped with paintings by the South Tyrolean artist Martin Pohl giving each of our rooms a special touch with an individual character and spirit. The paintings originate from the painting series "The White Mountains" and have already been shown on several occasions in various galleries and exhibitions throughout Austria.
The timeless paintings were created with spatulas and brushes and give the viewer an exciting contrast and insight into the artist’s perspective on the mountains of South Tyrol. There is hardly a better work to symbolize what Hotel Post Gries stands for than the paintings of Martin Pohl.
