Rates
All of the prices appearing on this website include VAT. Please note that as of 01/01/2014 a City Tax was introduced, which is NOT included in the published prices. The city tax is to be paid directly at the accommodation.

In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2006, we hereby inform you that all of the data you enter in the context of the booking process will be digitally stored and processed in order to transmit information and/or advertising material. By completing the booking process, you grant your permission for the use of your data in accordance with the aforementioned purposes. At the same time, you are prohibited from extracting, uploading, distributing, reproducing, or "framing" pages or content obtained from this website; in particular the use of this information for commercial or competitive purposes is expressly prohibited.
Via this widget, the HGV Service Cooperative provides an online booking module which the hotel industry (hotels, inns, B&B’s, etc.) can use to offer their rooms / apartments / suites and similar lodgings. By placing a reservation via this Internet service, you enter into a legally binding contractual relationship with the given lodgings establishment.
Payment
- You can pay by debit card and with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express.
- Unless otherwise stated in your reservation, you can also pay in cash on arrival.
Cancellations by the Guest
The cancellation policies are valid as set at the time of reservation.
If no cancellation policy is specified in the booking, the guest can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.
Exclusion of Liability
The lodgings establishment is liable exclusively for immediate damages which the guest incurs as the result of the non-fulfilment of the obligations of the lodgings establishment with regards to its own activities. In any case, the lodgings establishment is liable to a maximum amount corresponding to the total price of the booking to which the liability claim pertains.
Miscellaneous
These General Terms and Conditions of Business and the provision of our services are subject to Italian Law, and are to be interpreted accordingly. The court venue for all disputes arising from or in the context of these General Terms and Conditions of Business and our services shall be Bozen/Bolzano (Italy), only. If any provisions of this contract is or becomes ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
