Yes, a lift serves almost all floors. Only our loft rooms on the top floor require an additional flight of stairs.

As a historic building, the hotel is not fully accessible. Some rooms can accommodate wheelchair users with some limitations. Please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to find a solution together.

Absolutely. You can charge your e-bike for free in our secure garage. If you’re driving an electric car, we have charging stations available for a small fee.

Yes, it is valid for the Renon Cable Car too.

BestParking closes its gates at night, but your ticket includes a code for 24/7 access, so you can get to your car at any time.

While not all rooms feature a bidet, we are happy to prioritise your request if you let us know in advance.

If you’re heading to the trade fair, it’s about 4 kilometres from here. Just catch the bus line 10B at Piazza Gries and you’ll be dropped off right at the fairgrounds.
