Do I need to reserve a parking space in advance?
There’s no need to book in advance. BestParking is popular, but spaces are generally available without issue.
Can I stop briefly in front of the hotel to load or unload luggage?
Absolutely. Just pull up in front of the hotel and take your time with your luggage. Piazza Gries is open to cars, so there’s no need to rush.
I’m arriving in a van. Where can I park?
If your van is taller than 2.10 metres, it won’t fit in the car park. But please ask at reception, and we’ll do our best to save you a spot in the courtyard, just 50 metres from our door.
Is there parking directly in front of the hotel?
Dedicated short-stay bays for check-in and check-out are available right in front of the hotel so you can load and unload your luggage with ease.
How much does parking cost?
BestParking costs our guests €10 per night (as of 2026). Our secure garage for bicycles and motorcycles is free to use. Charging e-bikes is also free; for electric cars, a fee applies.
Is the hotel in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL)?
Our hotel is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
Can I access the BestParking garage at any time?
BestParking is a public garage that closes at night, but your ticket includes a code for 24/7 access, so you can get to your car at any time.
