Prices

All prices shown on the website include VAT. Please note that the local tourist tax came into effect on 1 January 2014 and is NOT included in the prices shown. The tourist tax must be paid directly on site at the hotel.

By completing the booking, you consent to the use of your data under the conditions set out above. By making a booking through the internet service used, you enter into a legally binding contractual relationship with the accommodation provider.

Payment Methods

  • You can pay by debit card and with the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
  • Unless otherwise specified in your reservation, you may also pay in cash on arrival.

Cancellations by the Guest

Non-refundable rate:
The cancellation policy described at the time of reservation applies. If no cancellation policy is specified in the booking, the guest may cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.

Limitation of Liability

The accommodation provider is liable solely for direct damages incurred by the guest as a result of the accommodation provider’s failure to fulfil obligations relating to its own activities. In any event, the accommodation provider’s liability is limited to the total price of the booking to which the liability claim relates.

Miscellaneous

These general terms and conditions and the provision of our services are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions and our service is Bolzano (Italy). Should any provision of this contract be or become invalid, all other provisions applicable to the contracting parties shall remain unaffected.
