Any Other Questions?
The questions we hear most often from our guests – if you’re still curious, just give us a call or send us a quick message – we’re always happy to help.
Can I charge my e-bike or electric car?
Yes. E-bikes can be charged for free in our secure garage. Charging stations for electric cars are available for a small fee.
Can I stop briefly in front of the hotel to load or unload luggage?
Yes, that’s no problem at all.
I’m arriving in a van — where can I park?
If your van is taller than 2.10 metres, it won’t fit in the car park. But please ask at reception, and we’ll do our best to save you a spot in the courtyard, just 50 metres from our door.
How far is it to the Bolzano Exhibition Centre (Fiera Bolzano)?
If you’re heading to the trade fair, it’s about 4 kilometres from here. Just catch the bus line 10B at Piazza Gries, and you’ll be dropped off right at the fairgrounds.
